Plan exclusions

Our Plans cover only services towards filing your Income Tax Return in India.

The service charges for filing your Income Tax Return shall exclude the following evaluations on your Income Tax Return:

• Evaluation of possibility and availing benefits under Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement (DTAA)
• Evaluation of possibility and claiming foreign tax credit.
• Declaration of foreign assets
• Taxation on the sale of unlisted shares
• Evaluation of residential status

In case the above workings / evaluations are required to be made on your Income Tax Return, additional charges shall apply depending on the effort involved and the same will be communicated to you by your assigned Tax Advisor once the requested documents are shared with our Tax Advisor.

The below services are outside the scope of this Plan:

• Valuations
• CA Certifications and Tax Audit.
• PAN application / application for changes in PAN details
• Written opinions on taxability
• Submission of response to Income Tax notices / queries
• Handling tax assessments
• Tax planning
